XTREME BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Looking to amp up your cardio and strength training routine? This workout will getyour heart rate high and your muscles strong! You will be chall enged with highintensity cardio intervals, functional training moves, strength training exercises,and more. Get out of your regular routine and into your next level of fitness.

X-TREME BOOT CAMP CLASSES ARE FREE.
If you are looking for a practice that will challenge you physically and mentally, this is the class for you. In just 45 minutes you will stretch your muscles, build strength, cultivate balance, open your hips and strengthen your body. You will leave feeling refreshed and energized, ready to face any challenge that comes your way. Beginners are welcome. Class is taught by Nicole Burgess. $5/class (Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:15am)
Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class style is for you if you are a multi-tasker and interested in losing weight, toning, and building flexibility. This class is all about learning to link your breathing with continuous movement. Modifications for exercises are always provided. Taught by Brenda Drake. $5/class (Tuesdays at 11:00am)
