I believe in the Triune God.

I believe that God is the creator of all things. I believe that Jesus is the son of God and died on the cross for our salvation. I believe that the Holy Spirit guides us in our day-to-day choices and is always with us.

I believe that Scripture is inspired by God. It tells the story of the creation of our world and the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It helps us connect with God and follow his will.

I believe that worship is connecting with God through prayer and reflection praising through music, and receiving the word through scripture and sermon. I believe that the church is first and foremost a family and a place where we can gather as a family and worship.

I believe baptism and the Lord's Supper are sacraments that were given to us by Jesus. Baptism brings a person into the church family. We practice communion as instructed by Jesus. In Luke 22:19, Jesus instructs, "Do this in remembrance of me."

I believe that prayer is a ritual which connects us with God. When I pray individually, it is a private ritual. When I pray with my church, it is a communal ritual. Through prayer, we can ask for forgiveness, praise and thank God, and ask for help.

I believe that the Holy Spirit enables people to hear and believe that God loves them and also enables the believers to love God more deeply and to serve the needs of others ahead of self.

I believe that our mission is to help others when they are in need. As Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me." Matthew 25 :40 NRSV
