Basic Information 

ID Cards are $20. These cards will allow you access into the main lobby doors and weight room/walking track area. This is the only cost to use these areas.
Please print out the following forms, complete, and return them to the Recreation Office prior to exercising: Participant Information, Members Fitness, and Physical Activity Readiness.

Orientations/Evaluations: These are available by appointment only and can be catered to your specific requests such as a full health and nutrition assessment to personally designed workouts. These are free and come with one follow up workout upon request.

Recreation classes range from dance, to yoga, to aerobics. Contact the Recreation Office (208-2152) for more details.
Yoga Class is now held on Wednesday mornings at 8:00am and is taught by Ellen King. The charge is $10 per person per class. Registration for each class begins on the Monday morning preceeding the next class and will be held at the Recreation Office Desk. The class limit is 20, so sign up early!.
