Monthly Hunger Offering |
The first Sunday of each month, Communion Sunday, baskets and jars are set out to collect food and money donations to be given directly to TOTAL Ministries. |

Mobile Meals |
Each weekday approximately 150 generous members of our community dedicate their time to deliver a nutritious, hot meal to approximately 1,800 of frail and homebound throughout the Spartanburg region. Mobile Meals is much more than a meal. We provide nourishment for the mind, body and soul. Mobile Meals delivers love, compassion, and hope to those in need.

Winter Warmth |
New coats from Belk are given to elementary age children in the fall. Set up is on a Friday, and hand out is done on Saturday. Donations of new hats, gloves and scarves are also needed.

Total Ministries |
Very close to our church we provide a number of services. Our youth work there every Communion Sunday during the Sunday School Hour, and our Hunger Sunday offering goes to them.

Habitat for Humanity |
Habitat builds and sells houses with no interest loans to families who qualify. The Habitat Restore profits help fund the organization. Volunteers are needed for the store and for construction. |

Christmas in Action |
Fix up projects are 1st Saturday in October and April. |

Angel Tree |
Gifts are bought for the children of incarcerated adults in December and delivered on Christmas Eve Day. |

St. Luke's Free Medical Clinic |
St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic welcomes those willing to volunteer time and talent to our clinic. We have many areas of expertise comprising our team of volunteers.

Provides Guardian ad litem training. |

Christian outreach to the incarcerated.

MLK, Jr. Celebration |

Prayer Shawl Ministry |
Members of our church meet together twice a month to pray and to create beautiful shawls. The shawls are a physical reminder of God’s loving presence and of the church’s constant support to people who are in need of prayers. This is an amazing ministry of our church and a deep comfort to those who receive a prayer shawl.

The Shepherd’s Center |
The Shepherd's Center offers bridge, cribbage, dance, singing, pinochle, creative writing, and lecture opportunities provided for the elderly. First Presbyterian provides space in the church for their operation.
